Our client has multiple offices across Australia and offers a mature non micro managed working environment. They are currently looking for a Manager to run their Temp Recruitment Division. This would suit an existing Manager or a Consultant looking to take the next step in their Recruitment career.
About The Opportunity
- Inherit an existing Temp / Contract book that will have you earning Comms in your first Quarter
- Existing strong PSA accounts with some of Australia’s biggest corporations
- Very strong bid and tendering team to help secure new PSAs
- Busy high volume desk
Key Requirements
- Temp Recruitment experience essential
- Prefer three to five years Recruitment experience
- The capacity to identify new opportunities for Business Development and bringing on new clients
- Either existing Team Lead, Management to the desire and aptitude to move into a Management role
