Requirement
– Min One to Three Years’ of Agency Recruitment experience in Melbourne;
– Strong Sales and Business Development acumen;
– High sales drive;
– Ability to engage and build professional relationships with corporate decision makers at all levels;
– Ability to deliver exceptional candidate care, time management skills and high level of emotional intelligence;
– Strong desire to learn.
Remuneration
+ $60k – $100k base salary, negotiable on experience;
+ Superannuation;
+ Uncapped, transparent, lucrative commission structure, OTE of $300k and more;
+ 457 Visa Sponsorship available.
